Will be a reality series that captures the lives and experiences of high school students, players, coaches, and cheerleaders, as they prepare for and participate in the biggest game of the year and of their lives. It will be a behind-the-scenes look at games across the USA that capture the hearts and minds of people from all walks of life, form all backgrounds, and from all economic profiles. Each season, we will follow a select group of students and adults from one school from the day that school lets out in June at the end of one school year until the day after the Friday night of the "Big Game" during the fall.

"America's Quarterback"™
"America's Quarterback" will be a nationwide search for the next great American hero, that guy who will be admired by his community and the entire nation. We will find those rare guys who have that right combination of athletic abilities, leadership skills, and a burning desire to win that are necessary in order to make it as a quarterback in the biggest league in sports, the NFL.

"NBA's Best"™
A house party is being hosted by an NBA great during the All-Star weekend. His guests include some of the NBA's all-time greats. While they shoot pool, play cards, and hang out, they will debate what plays and events qualify as the "NBA's Best" in various fun and highly-debated categories. The show will incorporate media and consumer promotions and an internet campaign that involves on-line voting. It will be an opportunity for the audience to be "a fly on the wall" when some of the biggest names in the NBA gather to shoot the breeze, share some good times, and engage in friendly arguments over some of the NBA's greatest moments, match-ups, and players.

"Hood v. Hood"™
This show feature a street game of 3-on-3 basketball. However, it will not be your ordinary game. It will be a team assembled by one NBA All-Star - from his neighborhood- against a team assembled by another NBA All-Star - from his neighborhood. We will follow these players as they return home to the guys they grew up playing in the streets with to assemble a team that will prove that their neighborhood rules. This game will be about more than bringing their friends and hood into the national limelight and it will be about pride and bragging rights.

Will be a hilarious, raucous look at the some of the stunts, moves, and slip-ups that have made some of the most memorable slam dunks in basketball history. It will also be a contest in which fans from across the country will compete to have an opportunity to have their moment of glory by performing their own wild, crazy, insane slam dunk.

"Broadway Triple Threat" will be a show that will search the country for that very special person who has the unique combination of talent, skill, drive, looks, and personality to become a Broadway star. We will search for and find one outstanding person who is a real Triple Threat - they can sing, dance, and act - and we will reward them with a contract to be a member of the cast of a Broadway musical.

This is a show about the American dream of creating Something From Nothing. It is about that unique combination of ingenuity, drive, determination, skill, teamwork, and sometimes luck that it takes in order to achieve success. It is about people being put in unfamiliar locations, in conditions that are new to them, with people whom they have never met, under the pressure of a deadline- competing for a prize that will change their life forever. Something From Nothing is a wish fulfillment show that will combine a feel-good ending with the suspense and tension of the most extreme competitions. It is a unique and gritty reality show, with real people competing in a real-life competition that tests their wits, ingenuity, stamina, creativity, personality, and team-work as they battle against the other teams and the clock in order to come out on top. Will be a half-hour lifestyle show about healthy, active people who are looking to create a similar lifestyle for their pets. The show will have three separate segments, each focused on a different pet health and lifestyle issue: Health and Medical, Products, and Lifestyle.

"Balancing On Top"™
Will be a television program that will give the audience a genuine understanding of the real-life struggles, emotions, challenges, and joys experienced by women who have achieved the pinnacle of careers in professional athletics, while balancing the various elements of their well-rounded lives. Cooking show (unnamed): Will be a show designed for young adults (22-25 years old) and their lifestyles, entertainment, and food choices. The focus will be on fun, parties, and healthy eating.
